Catastrophic and Rehabilitation Experts (CARE) is a case management company that focuses primarily on the catastrophically injured person and their complex needs.

Injuries include spinal cord injury with paralysis; acquired brain injury with moderate to severe neurological deficits; severe burns; amputations of limbs; and severe orthopedic trauma. Our goal is to assist the injured worker and their families through the complex maze of medical and rehabilitation treatment to ensure optimal outcomes that will enable the injured person to return to their highest functional level.

CARE utilizes nurses who have specialized training and education in catastrophic injury management and have more than 5 years of experience in managing catastrophic injuries. CARE nurses have met the requirements of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation to be designated Catastrophic Rehabilitation Suppliers.

CARE targets all aspects of medical cost management to achieve optimal catastrophic claims results and patient outcomes for payers, employers, injured parties and their families.
